What Milo's Gut Guide Does
Milo's Gut Guide is a food and symptom diary for tracking meals, reactions, and ingredient patterns. Milo's Gut Guide is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
Information We Collect
When cloud sync is configured, Milo's Gut Guide may collect meal ingredients, reaction scores, symptom notes, ingredient pattern summaries, timestamps, and anonymous account identifiers.
Meal Photos
When you choose to scan a meal photo, the image is sent for ingredient analysis. Milo's Gut Guide stores the resulting ingredient information, but the app does not store the meal photo in your diary after analysis.
How We Use Information
Milo's Gut Guide uses diary data to save your history, show ingredient patterns, and provide food diary insights inside the app. Milo's Gut Guide does not use health or symptom data for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
Milo's Gut Guide uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and server functions. Meal photos may be processed by OpenAI for ingredient analysis when you use photo scanning.
Your Choices
You can delete your Milo's Gut Guide data from the Privacy tab in the app. Deletion removes saved meals, reactions, ingredient patterns, and anonymous account data.
